On Saturday, December 10th, 2017 at the Plaza 88, a presentation ceremony was held for about 50 recipients from Prince Albert and the surrounding towns. Five sisters were part of the group: S. Cecile Maurice, Helen Landry, Janice Fournier, Marie Bouchard and Evelyn Corbeil.
Mr. Randy Hoback, MLA from Prince Albert handed the awards to the recipients. This medal was to acknowledge the volunteer services that these persons had done in the community and who made a difference in the lives of others. ‘These people do not count their hours when helping others.’
