Celebrate the feast day of all the Saints.
Let the Angels rejoice in the Lord and praise the Son of God!
HOLINESS IS POSSIBLE WITH GOD’S GRACE, the help of the saints, especially the Blessed Virgin Mary and St. Joseph. We too can become saints and celebrate our own feast day on November first. We are all called by God to become holy, we are invited to follow Christ’s footsteps and be attentive to the Word of God in our everyday lives.
This year as we celebrate the 225th anniversary of our foundress Blessed Marie Rivier, we can honor her in a particular way this November 1st and also keep in our prayers all the Sisters of the Presentation of Mary who have died since 1796. Let us pray for all our beloved ones and remember those who have lived saintly lives.
“We are God’s children; what we shall be has not yet been revealed. We do know that when it is revealed we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is.” (cf. 1 John 3: 1-3)
On November second, All Souls Day, we commemorate the dead and pray for all those who have gone before us.
Together let us pray the “Our Father” as the Son has taught us……
MAY GOD GRANT THEM ETERNAL REST AND LET PERPETUAL LIGHT SHINE UPON THEM. AMEN.
MAY THEY REST IN PEACE!
